Step by step

  1. Reach out

Send us a message on WhatsApp, fill in the booking form, or give us a call. Share only what you’re comfortable with. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re going through, or which specialist you need.

  2. We find the right person

Our team asks a few short questions, then suggests the specialist whose experience best fits what you’re going through. You’re also welcome to choose someone yourself.

  3. Pick a time that works

Sessions are available Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 9 PM, in person at our center in Abdoun or online through secure video, in Arabic or English. Most sessions last about 60 minutes.

  4. Your first session

The first session is about getting to know you. Your specialist will ask what brought you in, listen, and explain how they work and how your privacy is protected. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, and you can ask anything.

  5. Plan the next steps together

By the end, you’ll have a sense of how your specialist can help and what working together could look like. Whether you continue is always your choice.

Questions people often ask

Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in sessions stays between you and your specialist. As in all mental health care, there are a few narrow exceptions, such as a serious risk to someone’s safety or when the law requires it. Your specialist will explain these at the start. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Will my family or employer find out?
Not from us. We don’t share that you’re seeing us, or anything you tell us, with your family, your employer, or anyone else without your permission, apart from the narrow exceptions above. For children and teens, parents are part of the process, and your specialist will explain how privacy works for your child’s age.
Do I need a diagnosis or a referral?
No. You can reach out directly, without a referral and without knowing what to call what you’re going through. Many people come to us simply because something doesn’t feel right.
How do I know which specialist is right for me?
Try our Find your specialist questions, or tell our team a little about what’s going on and we’ll suggest someone. If the fit doesn’t feel right after you’ve met, just tell us and we’ll help you switch to another specialist.
Can I bring my child?
Yes. Our team works with children and teens, from speech and occupational therapy to psychological assessment and therapy. Appointments for anyone under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian, and parents are welcome to join the first session if they’d like. Your specialist will explain how sessions work for your child’s age.
Can I have sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are available online through secure video platforms, as well as in person at our center in Abdoun. Just join from a private, quiet place.
How long is a session?
Most sessions last about 60 minutes. Some types of sessions may be shorter or longer, and our team will let you know in advance.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you’re working on. Some people come for a single consultation; others prefer ongoing support. Your specialist will talk this through with you, and the decision is always yours.
How much does a session cost?
Fees depend on the type of session and the specialist. Our team will tell you the exact fee before you book, so there are no surprises.
Do you accept insurance? How can I pay?
We don’t work with insurance companies directly, but we give you a receipt for every session. You can submit it to your insurance provider to check whether it’s covered. You can pay by card (Visa), cash, or CliQ.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please let us know as early as you can. Our team will share the cancellation and rescheduling policy with you when you book.
What if I need help right now?
We are not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you’re thinking about harming yourself, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department right away.
