“Find your specialist” suggestions
The specialist suggestion is based only on your answers and our specialists' areas of practice. It is a starting point, not a diagnosis or a clinical recommendation. Our team will confirm the most suitable specialist when you contact us.
Booking appointments
- Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once our team replies to you.
- Specialist availability can change. If your preferred specialist or date isn’t available, we’ll suggest alternatives.
- Session fees, payment, and cancellation or rescheduling policies will be shared with you by our team before your first session.
- Appointments for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
Online sessions
Online sessions take place through secure video platforms. Please join from a private, quiet place with a stable connection, and don’t record sessions without everyone’s agreement.
The breathing exercise
The guided breathing page is a simple relaxation tool. If you feel dizzy or unwell, stop and breathe normally. If you have a heart, lung or other medical condition, check with your doctor before doing breathing exercises.

The text, photos, logo, and design of this website belong to Mais Samhoury Center (Idrak for Mental Health) and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
